The lamp itself, the Kaskad, require 10 individual processes to be completed before it is ready to be placed into your home. It is made of fine matt glaze and can boast its original and unique composition, along with its standout look. The Schneid Kaskad comes in three different variations of colors: soft mint, blush and midnight blue.
The lamp is inspired by the shapes of flowing water of the cascades of a waterfall. From transforming and expanding from a smaller top to a wider and expanded bottom, the lamp creates a unique look that not only fits the motion of a waterfall, it can also be interpreted as the outer wall of a seashell. The material and design used is characteristically made and designed to stand out. This unique character was designed by Julia Mlling and Niklas Jessen in 2016. The ceramic material is not only delicate and unique to work with, it also sets it apart from most hanging lamps.
The lamp comes in two different sizes, and the lamp is combined with its own textile cable, which matches the color of the lamp. It can also come in white, black, dark red, dark green or dark blue. The lamp can be featured on its own, standing out and unique in its features, or combined in the midst of multiple Kaskad lamps to create the collections look.
